Privacy Policy

Privacy Statement:

First Call's policies are clear, we will not reveal any personally identifiable information that we collect about you or your company. Your company’s use of our services is private and confidential. Any information we collect on your behalf will be kept private and secure. All of our employees are committed to respecting the confidentiality of our clients and ensuring your privacy is protected.

Network Security:

As part of a large corporate group we employ the use of the most modern security protocols including a proxy server, Antivirus Protection and firewall technologies for added security.Preventing access to First Call's systems.

Physical security:

First Call employs a strict policy of security where only the appropriate personnel have access to specific areas, such as data and server rooms. In addition to this there is a complete ban on the use of USB sticks/Pen drives/Floppy discs and CD drives. Only IT personnel have access to these items.

Confidentiality:

At First Call all employees signs a computer use policy which clearly states non-disclosure and confidentiality of any data. We also have a strict adherence to the Data Protection Act 1998. Strict confidentiality protection for all of our clients. In addition, we restrict access to all client sensitive information except to employees who need access in order to do their jobs. Any First Call employee who contravenes our computer usage, privacy or security policies is subject to possible termination and civil and/or criminal prosecution.
