First Call Business Communications are seeking professional, enthusiastic and motivated call centre operators for our UK based call centre in Blackpool.

Providing a 24-hour call handling service for Commercial and Medical business across the UK, operators find themselves acting as a client's receptionist, offering customer service and support functions and providing emergency backup and call out facilities. It is therefore essential that applicants have the ability to excel under pressure whilst maintaining a calm pro-active manner. First Call expects all its telephone operators to be able to spell and type proficiently and have a good grasp of the English language.

In order to offer our clients the best Inbound Call Centre solutions we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and as such provide a flexible variety of shifts for its employees. First Call also provides full training and development for all employees.
