First Contact is a new daytime telephone answering service running 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs. There is a monthly fee and you simply pay for the calls that come through, this could be just for overflow or indeed all of your calls if you’re out of the office in meetings or on the road. Resulting in you continuing to provide an expedientsolution to your clients. We will capture the callers name, telephone number, company name / address details and a brief message, which will then be sent on to you via Email/SMS or Fax for you to respond to in due course.
